Los logical logs están llenos, al momento de ejecutar el comando ontape -l se me devuelve el siguiente reporte:

ejecuto el comando ontape -a para poder limpiar los log pero la ejecución del mismo de devuelve el siguiente mensaje y no se si esta funcionando o no el comando

Ejecute varias veces el comando “ontape -a” pero siempre es el mismo mensaje. El informix esta trabajando sobre un linux debian.
Ejecute el comando onmode -c unblock

Pero me devuelve el siguiente mensaje

onmode could not unblock server.

Que me aconsejarían hacer para poder librar los logs ya que si bien están ingresando desde el gestión pero no desde el 3w.
Agradecería me puedan orientar para puedo solucionar ese tema.
